On March 20, Mr. John Dane, Vice-President of HZ (Hogeschool Zeeland) and another two guests visited SMU. Mr. Yang Wanfeng, Vice President of SMU, relevant heads from Logistics Engineering College and International Office met the guests.
Mr. Yang Wanfeng said “the two cooperative programs between SMU and HZ have been operated for seven years with high quality and have achieved widely recognized.” He really appreciated the support of HZ and hard-working of its faculties. In addition, Mr. Yang Wanfeng also put forward specific proposals on the two cooperative programs.
Mr. John Dane said it was the first time for him to visit SMU after taking office and the facilities of SMU impressed him deeply. HZ was satisfied with the cooperation with SMU and would elevate the quality of the two cooperative programs continuously together with SMU. He also hoped to conduct new programs in other majors with SMU in future.
During the visit, Mr. John Dane also paid a visit to the Marine Simulator, COSCO library etc.
