On November 21, SMU signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with P&T (Hongkong) Group. Mr. Su Zhijun, the Board Chairman of P&T Group, Mr. Xuan Xiaofei, CEO of P&T Group, Prof. Jin Yongxing, Vice President of SMU and heads from SAIIS (Shanghai Advanced Institute of International Shipping) attended the signing ceremony.
Prof. Jin Yongxing briefed the achievements of SMU on the discipline construction, talent cultivation and international exchanges and cooperation. He said that the two sides would give full play to their respective advantages and share resources for win-win development.
Mr. Su Zhijun said it was to his delight to see the cooperation between P&T and SMU, expecting the two sides to make greater achievements on ports, logistics and other high-end talent training and integration among industry, education and research through cooperation of the two sides.
