2014 China College Martial Arts Championships was hosted at NENU (Northeast Normal University) on July 13th to 17th. 436 athletes in 53 teams from 50 universities and colleges, including Beijing Sport University, Tianjin University of Technology, Fudan University, East China University of Science and Technology, participated in the competition.
Led by coach Fang Mei and coach Sun Jinyong, SMU Team won 7 golden medals, 5 silver medals and 8 bronze medals in the competition. In addition, they also won the second place in women group B contest and Sportsmanship Award.
