On May 7, the opening ceremony of SMU Ocean Culture Festical 2014 was held.
The Ocean Culture Festival of this year takes “the Sailing of Chinese Dream” as its theme. It’s composed of many events about ocean knowledge, ocean rights and interests, ocean sports, and ocean skills.
