On the afternoon of April 10, Mr. Zhao Dongye, the Secretary General of China Institute of Navigation (CIN), paid a visit to SMU. Prof. Jin Yongxing, Vice President of SMU, and heads from relevant departments met with the guest. The two sides exchanged opinions over CIN’s foreign exchanges and cooperation, which was organized and coordinated by SMU under the authorization of CIN. Preparations for attending the 2015 Conference of International Association of Institutes of Navigation and Asia Navigation Conference were preliminarily explored during the discussion.
