On the morning of April 9, the Signing Ceremony of Inter School Cooperation Framework Agreement between SMU and Xi’an International University was held at SMU. A group of 4 guests, including President of Xi’an International University and Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Prof. Huang Teng, and Vice President Li Haifeng paid a visit to SMU. They along with Prof. Huang Youfang, President of SMU, and Prof. Kong Fancun, Vice President of SMU, joined the signing ceremony.
President Huang Youfang and Chairman Huang Teng both delivered a speech, expressing that the two sides should give full play to their respective advantages and strive for common development through cooperation and exchange in the fields of talent training, scientific research and specialty construction.
Vice President Kong Fancun and Vice President Li Haifeng on behalf of the two sides signed the agreement.
