On the morning of April 1, the 35th Anniversary of China Institute of Navigation (CIN) was held at Beijing Science Hall. In the ceremony, SMU was awarded by CIN the honorary title of “Special Contribution to CIN” for the year from 2012 to 2013. 50 people received the “Lifetime Achievement Award of CIN”, including Liu Tong’an, who once served as the Director of the Academic Affairs Division and Dean of the School of Management of SMU.
