On March 13, Prof. Jin Yongxing, Vice President of SMU and leaders from relative departments and colleges met with the new Group Vice President and CEO of Norden, Mr. Jakob Bergholdt.
Prof. Jin Yongxing, Vice President of SMU extended his warm welcome to Mr. Jakob Bergholdt for his visit to SMU and also expressed his gratitude to Norden for its consistent supports for SMU. He reviewed the 8 years cooperation between the two sides and hoped that Mr. Jakob Bergholdt could further promote the two sides’ cooperation in near future.
Mr. Jakob Bergholdt, Vice President of Norden firstly conveyed the cordial greetings from Mr. Carsten Mortensen，President ad CEO of Norden. He said that Norden also attached great importance to the cooperation with SMU. He also expected to expand the two sides’ cooperation in following domains like scholarships for students and teachers, co-organizing seminar and cultivating teaching stuff, etc.
After the meeting, Mr. Jakob Bergholdt, Vice President of Norden also visited the COSTAMARE Engine Room Integrated Laboratory and other teaching equipments.
