On May 18, China Maritime Museum and SMU signed the partnership agreement at COSCO Library of SMU. Prof. Yu Shicheng, President of SMU，Prof. Kong Fancun, Vice President of SMU, as well as Mr. An Chengyao, deputy head of China Maritime Museum attended the ceremony.
Prof. Yu Shicheng and Mr.An Chengyao each gave a speech and they signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both sides. Then they cut the ribbon for the opening of the Ancient Chinese Maritime Civilization Exhibition. And they visited the exhibition under the guide of museum staff.
From May 18 to June 18, the Ancient Chinese Maritime Civilization Exhibition will be held at SMU library hall, and will be open to SMU staff and students for free from 10: 00 to 16: 00.
